A kushikatsu restaurant that is cheap, delicious, and has a wide variety of menu items. This is an Osaka street food style Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)!

札幌市中央区、狸小路5丁目からひとつ北側、南2条通り沿いの角。
外壁にデカデカとメニューなど書かれて派手な外観。
札幌市内に多店舗展開する居酒屋チェーン。
大阪の店かと思うが、経営は北海道の会社なんですよね。
この系列はタバコ喫煙OKで、ススキノはモクモクすぎて入店できない。
しかし、この南2西5店は、店内に喫煙場所あり、席は禁煙とのこと。
日曜日、12時前くらいの訪問。
ソロだとカウンターへ案内されるね。
わずか４席のカウンター、壁に向かうスタイル。
落ち着かない、ゆったりできないね。

泡はきめ細やかでよかった何、味は、あれ？
多分、アレがアレなんだと思います。
◾️定番串カツ5点盛り 630円
牛、豚、エビ、きす、野菜。
まず写真と比べてサイズ感が小さい。
写真は牛、豚、3つくらい肉ついているが、実際は2つ。
アルミ容器に入ったソースの提供なし。
ウスターソース、テーブル、カウンターに置かれているものかけるが、物足りないね。
からっと揚げたて提供場所良いのだが、肝心の味が。
豚は肉の臭みが気になりました。
牛は肉固くて食べにくい。
◾️さば塩焼定食 680円
鯖塩焼、ごはん、味噌汁、小鉢、漬物。
ご飯、味噌汁はおかわりできる仕組み。
鯖は、焼きたて、身が厚くふっくら焼き上げられていました。
塩加減よし。
味噌汁は、具なしかと思ったら、椎茸、もやし、玉ねぎの具材が下に隠れていました。
ご飯はどんぶりで多めな提供。
小鉢は業務用のきんぴらごぼう。
安め定食目当てでしたが、結局飲んじゃって2000円くらいになりました。笑
女子スタッフは感じがよろしいけれど、男がダメですね！。
