今日の晩ご飯はお肉です！BULL TOKYOさんへご飯友達といっしょに行ってきました～！
東京と付いてますけど、お店は札幌市の中央区。すすきの駅から歩いて5分くらいの所にあります（笑）牛さんマークのロゴが目印☆
天井が高くて開放的な店内は、焼肉屋さんっていうよりカフェみたいな感じです。店内のそこここにある植木やグリーンパネルもオシャレでいい感じ～♪

まずテーブルに到着したのは、特選ハラミです！綺麗にサシが入っていて、すっごく美味しそう♪さっそく網の上へ。。。
溶ける系というより、噛みしめる系のお肉です～。肉々しい弾力があって、噛むごとに濃厚なうま味がじゅわじゅわって、あふれ出てきます！さすが、頭に特選って文字を付けているだけのことはありますね♪
つづいてやってきたのは、ヒレ！ヒレは、、、うんうん^^見るからにやわらかそうなお肉です♪サシの入り方もいいですよ～。こちらもほどよ～く焼いて、いただきます！
、、、美味し～い！これもお肉のうま味が凄いです！食べてるときはモチロン、飲み込んだ後もずーっと余韻にひたれちゃいます。
味も私好みの味付けで、お肉も見た目通りやわらか～い身質です。こんなものを出されちゃったら、もう何も言うことはありませんよ～！
おつぎは上ミノです！スライスタイプのミノってわりと珍しいですよね。私だけかなぁ？
ミノってだいたい、厚切りというか、ゴロっと感のある感じ？そこに細かく包丁が入れられているイメージなんですけど、こちらのお店では、だいぶ薄くスライスされています。
そのせいもあって、歯切れがとってもいいですね～♪いい食感♪うん、これはこれで(*´艸`*)
レバー焼きもお願いしちゃいました！見た目からして新鮮そう！なんていうか、すっごいプルンプルンです☆こちらは焼き過ぎないように気を付けて、、、
うん！これはジューシー！最高！うま味が濃くって、えぐみもありません！タレもレバーにピッタリ合います。いいですね～^^
焼肉といえばキムチ。箸休めにいただいたのは、白菜キムチです。辛すぎずしつこすぎず、食べやすいお味でした♪もしスーパーとかでも売ってたら、買っちゃうんだけどな～☆
本日のシメは、ワカメスープにしました。タマゴやユッケジャンもあったんですけど、気分がワカメだったのでこちらに。さっぱり美味し～☆
これだけお肉が美味しいわりに、お値段そこそこ。コスパが抜群です！接客も店員さんが笑顔で愛想も良くていい感じ。これはもう、リピ確定ですね！
