羊肉と言えばジンギスカンだけど、しゃぶしゃぶで食べられると聞き、こちらを訪問。
カウンターに案内されます。
こちらは独りしゃぶしゃぶもできるようで、
隣のオジサンは既に独りでしゃぶしゃぶしてます。
基本的に食べ飲み放題コース。
90分のコースを選択。
QRコードを読み込んで、自分のスマホからオーダーするスタイル。
お鍋は火鍋用の鍋で2種類のスープを選べます。
「担々風だし」「濃厚とろろ鶏白湯だし」を選択。
結果として、この2種類は正解だったと思う。
鶏白湯と羊肉の相性が気になったが非常に美味しかった。とろろでスープの粘度が高くなっているのも良いのかもしれない。
さっそくラム肉登場です。
一皿目は映えを意識したこの盛り。
薄い・・・。一枚一枚と言うよりはざっくり掴んで鍋に投入。
あっという間に火が通ります。
なるほど、嫌な羊肉臭はほとんどありません。
ガンガンイケますよ、これは。
羊肉、野菜、羊肉、野菜・・・、良い感じで食べれます。もともとヘルシーな羊肉がしゃぶしゃぶで脂が落ちるので、余計にヘルシーな感じ♪
口直しに俵おにぎりをオーダー。
ライスが供されます。お肉を乗せたところで店員さんに声をかけると、バーナーで炙ってくれます。
なるほど、なるほど・・・これはなかなか美味しい。
羊肉脂が良い感じにライスに溶け込んでウマい。
さて、
予想はしてたけど、30分も食べ続けると、急激に満腹感が襲ってきます。
もう、ラーメンは要らん(笑)。
たまには、羊肉しゃぶしゃぶ良いかも。
