今年の春に2号店を利用し予想以上に美味しくて感動したので、今日は本店にお邪魔しました。
メニューも合わせて予約していたので今日は「極薄厳選ラムしゃぶ90分食べ放題」を頂きました。
選べる2色鍋の1つは強制的に昆布だしです(笑)
2つ目の鍋は坦々風スープにしました。
・ウエルカムスープ(冷めると塩っぱさがハンパない)
・極薄厳選ラム肉
・野菜10種盛合せ
・札幌ラーメン/うどん
・俵おにぎり/ライス
・皮付きゆずシャーベット
2号店同様に最初のラム肉のみ少し厚めでロール型でビジュアルインパクトのある盛り付け方で登場です。
2回目以降は超極薄になり、ビジュアル的には見劣りします。
坦々風スープはつけダレなしで肉や野菜がスープの辛味を纏うのですっごく旨いです。
もやしやほうれん草はこのスープで頂いた方が美味かったです。
お店の一番人気はカレーパウダーと書かれていたので注文し、ポン酢の中に投入すると、味変的にはアリな感じでした。
