北海道旅行にてインスタでご飯屋さんを探し、美味しそうだったため入店。
薄切りのラム肉をしゃぶしゃぶで食べれる、珍しいお店。
レアでも食べることができ、臭みの無さに驚きました。
北海道へ行って、食べ物に迷ったら、これを食べれば間違い無いです。
写真1枚目のようにタワー状に盛り付けられて運ばれてくるので、写真映えもします。
プレートのメッセージは、頼んではいませんが書いてくださっていました。メッセージの白い粉は、貝殻？卵の殻？忘れましたが、身体に害は無いそうです。
旅行中ですでに美味しいものを沢山食べた中でのラムしゃぶでしたが、美味しすぎてずっと印象に残っています。
店内はかなり静かで、オーダーもスマホからできるため、店員さんと直接のコミニケーションはあまり無いです。
静かにゆっくりと過ごしたい人にはオススメ。デートにも良いです。
