店内は非常に綺麗で、女性客が多い感じでした。
お通しはトウモロコシのムース。
トウモロコシの甘さが際立っています。
●豆腐の3種盛り
濃厚やっこ、ごま豆腐、絹豆腐でした。
濃厚やっこはねっとりとした食感で、今までにない豆腐の食感でした。
●なめろう
鯛とあじを使ったもので、大葉とミョウガがさわやかな感じに仕上げてます。
●ポテトサラダ
粒マスタードと煮卵を混ぜながら食べます。
粒マスタードの食感がアクセントと成って美味しい！
●豆乳ぶたねぎしゃぶ
豆乳鍋は、豆乳でまろやかな感じに仕上げられてますが、出汁のお味が非常にしっかりとしている濃厚な味わいです。
そしてお肉ももっちりとした食感のお肉で、鍋との相性が抜群。
