札幌のザンギの巨匠？ですかね？
夏の暑い日に、ススキノのビルの中庭でのビアガーデンへ行き、テントでザンギ屋さんがやっていたお店♪
このお店ではお初。
もしかして、イベントとかで食べていると思わられ。
さて、しっかりとこちらのお味をいただきにまいりました(o^^o)
どれが、、と特別なかったので、ほぼコンプリートできる？こちらをオーダー。

実はワタクシ、ザンギはですね、、
衣が（カタクリ）がしっかりしているのは苦手でして（口の中で衣が刺さるでしょ）、柔らかいのが好みです。
自身のザンギも、鶏肉を、作ったタレに漬けて、固まらない程度に片栗粉を入れてまぜて、揚げる。
そうなんです。
しっとりザンギ、若しくは衣が柔らかく薄いのが、大好きなのです。
と、このザンギは、ワタクシ的には硬め。
お味は旨！^ ^
レッドホットは、お肉を辛くして衣をつけて欲しかったなー^ - ^
タルタルソースは美味しいタルタル♪
