フォアグラのたまり醤油漬け

某雑誌に掲載され気になっていた店。
時間ができたのでお邪魔しました。
ドラマ"グランメゾン東京"の料理監修店とも
繋がりがあるらしく店のイベントで
ドラマと同じ料理を出したりするそうだ。
ドラマを見てたので期待値が上がる⤴︎
いつものように気になるものとおすすめをオーダー。
どれも美味しいが特にフォアグラとカキがすごい！
まずはフォアグラ。
フォアグラ特有の臭みがなくねっとり濃厚な旨味と
たまり醤油の塩味と香ばしさが足されワインが
いくらあっても足りない（笑）
カキはカダイフのパリパリ食感、カキの旨味、
ソースと添えられた野菜の甘味等が一緒になり
めちゃくちゃ美味しい(*´﹃`*)
食べ終えた感想は腕がいいのは確認できたので
ドラマに出ていた料理も食べてみたい。
4人以上で予約すれば出してもらえるとのことなので
今度は4人集めてお邪魔します！
