以前より訪問したかった店に平日ランチにて。車は近くのコインパーキングに停めた。ファサードはシックで高級感があり、カウンターのみの小さな店内もシンプルながらも木が本格的で雰囲気あり。しかしながら良い意味で接客はアットホーム、それがホッとして良い。
■天丼 1,650円
目の前で揚げるパフォーマンスが良い。パッ‥パッ…と衣液を散らして揚げていく。天ぷらはネタの鮮度が一番重要とされるが、こちらの海老を見る限りはそれ程拘っていないのかも。但し揚げと衣の仕上げはバッチリ。胡麻油ブレンドの新鮮な油でクセは全く無く、衣とネタのバランス良し、サクリとした食感は最高。南瓜が割と厚みがあったにもかかわらず衣を焦がすこと無く火を通す所も流石。春菊の使い方にも納得。タレも淡麗辛口で分量も良く美味しい。そして何より200gあるかないかの絶妙な炊き加減の白米もキラリと光った。
…結論、美味しい天丼。
