I've been wanting to go there for some time now, but I was running out of points this time, so I decided to take advantage of that. There aren't many restaurants where you can use Tabelog exclusive points, so I'm grateful to be able to make reservations and use points.・Tendon with 2 Ten-don (tempura rice bowl), Kisu, squid, garland chrysanthemum, pumpkin, and the other dish was green pepper. The batter is light and crispy. Depending on the food, I might not be able to bite into it, but it was soft, easy to bite into, had just the right amount of elasticity, and was delicious! The kisumo was soft and fluffy, there were no bones to worry about, and the shrimp were plump. The garland chrysanthemum has just the right amount of bitterness, and the pumpkin has a hearty flavor. The sauce is surprisingly small. (It was sweet and I could eat the sauce with just the sauce, so I wanted to add more.) The miso soup was made with mushroom mushrooms and mitsuba, and was not Tempura salty and elegant (hot).The balance with the tempura was perfect, but the rice was a little hard. Personally, I didn't have a lot of rice because it was cooked to a glossy consistency (I wanted it to be a large serving lol) There were no other customers except me, so it was a little awkward. I was able to eat the meal without worrying too much (I'm sure it was a consideration), but in fact, I was told that the place was full until a while ago (timing is important). I'm sure the other Tempura would be delicious too...Salt. I'd like to try it.
