揚げたての天麩羅が食べたいなぁ
なんて思って探したら天麩羅 やぎさんが。。。
念のため予約して伺いました。
天丼や天麩羅膳
天麩羅定食があります。
天麩羅定食をオーダー。
オーダー後から油の温度を上げてスタンバイ。
ご飯とお漬け物、味噌汁、天つゆ、お茶が先に提供。
置き皿をセットされてちょっと待ちます。
天麩羅を揚げるいい音が。
海老から提供。
何もつけないで一口。
サクサクの衣て、プリプリの食感。
美味しいです。
次は、天つゆに。
天麩羅屋さんの天つゆって美味しいよね。
と思ってたらつぎは、キス、ピーマン、春菊。
キスは、ふわふわ。ピーマンは、パリッ。春菊は、パリパリ。
それぞれ食感が、違います。
2本目の海老とイカ、カボチャで終了。
全部で7種。
ちょうどいい量でランチだとお得感があります。
