すすきのです。
何故かここもゼロレビュー店でした！
本店のジンギスカンの店はめっちゃ人気でその側にある
しゃぶしゃぶポッケも超人気店。
もちろんこっちの店舗もと思ってたんですが、一応ゼロ
レビュー！先に上げてしまいます。
この日は元部下と飲み会。
ラムしゃぶ・豚しゃぶ食べ放題飲み放題4,500円に鹿肉
しゃぶ食べ放題500円をプラスして5,000円税込のコー
スにしました^_^
さぁたくさん食べてストレス発散！
一枚一枚しゃぶしゃぶしながら食べようと決意して始ま
るも、またもやガバッと投入！笑笑
結局いつもと一緒でごちゃごちゃな鍋になっちゃいまし
た(>_<)
肉は上質でラム、豚も一味ランク上です。
鹿は初めてしゃぶしゃぶで食べましたが、クセも無く、
美味しく頂きましたよ( ´ ▽ ` )
出汁は昆布ベースのものと塩ベース。塩は何やら黒くな
っていて、タレ不要とのこと。
この塩ベースがこれまた美味い❗️
凄くいい味付けで何が入っているのか不明。
昆布ベースにはしゃぶしゃぶした後にタレにつけるんで
すがこのタレも濃厚で美味い！
いつも通り食べて飲ん、みんな腹パンパンで終了‼️

さて、腹も一杯だし二次会で食いに行くか！
