I came to visit after realizing that I had never eaten lamb shabu even though I had been in Sapporo for about 100 days in total. There were no other customers, so I entered the store by myself. Well, it's 6:30pm, so Sukino's night is about to start. I was debating between the lamb shabu set and all-you-can-eat, so I chose the all-you-can-eat. First, quench your thirst with Sapporo Classic. The cold beer is refreshing. Very thinly sliced lamb shabu cooks quickly. shabu shabu, Park. shabu shabu, Park. Repeat this all the time. After all, it's just one person shabu shabu. This is a conversation between meat and me. It's delicious, but in conclusion, Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) is better. Well, I like thickly sliced raw lamb. It's not bad, but I'm concerned about the dryness of the meat because it's thinner. I think it's good for beginners because it doesn't seem to have any of the unique characteristics of sheep. I felt like I would go again if I had the time. It was a feast.
