Visited around 11pm on a weekday. restaurant located in Ramen Yokocho. There were 2 customers. A system where you first purchase a meal ticket. I was curious about the 1,000 yen "Miso Gin White" on the sign outside and clicked on it. Lately, every person I've met has asked me, "Have you lost weight?", so even though it's such a long time ago, I've been snapping up the 400 yen Gyoza / Dumpling set (Gyoza / Dumpling and rice). The rice bowl arrived shortly after. Ramen first. The noodles are curly noodles with a lot of water. On top is a layer of Hokkaido potatoes strained into a mousse, giving it a pure white color. The sweetness of the potatoes and the sweetness of the miso are a perfect match. It goes well with curly noodles. Gyoza / Dumpling is late. As you can see in the photo, beautiful winged Gyoza / Dumpling. It was so beautiful that I didn't know where to start (^^;; The garlic was just right and the rice went well. I enjoyed Ramen with the mousse remaining till the end! Thank you for the meal♪
