まずは、総評から述べると素敵なお店やった！
なんといっても料理の提供スピードが速い！
それでいてクオリティの高い料理の数々、メニューも豊富で食べてみたいものだらけだった。
wineとあわせても美味しく頂けた。
再訪する価値ありだ！絶対また訪れます！
まずは予算から、本日はデートで訪れて、一人二杯のみました。計4杯。
そして、お会計は8600円ほどでした。

ここからは、それぞれのメニューについて感じた印象だ。
【お通し】\
まず、二種類、用意されたのが粋だなあと感じた。
どちらのお通しもお手軽そうな惣菜ながら、手の込んだ工夫がされていると感じさせる一品だった。
特にパンプキンサラダにナッツが入っているのが印象的で、良いアクセントになっていた。
【セロリと生クラゲ】
さっぱり系でセロリの良さが活かされた一品。
これは、僕の口にはあまり合わなかったが、彼女はめちゃ美味しいとばくばく食べていた。
ただ、僕自身がセロリ苦手なだけである（笑）
【油淋鶏】
これも美味かった～
他とは一線を画すようなこだわりぬいた一品だった。（個人的主観）
他では食べたことないたれと衣と鶏肉が見事だった。
【春巻き 二種類】
まずは衣がこれでもかっていうぐらいサクサクだった。
山の幸は、たけのこやきのこ類がふんだんに使われていて、香ばしく優しい味わい。
海の幸は、えびのぷりぷり感、海鮮の風味がすごく、旨味が際立っていた。
【麻婆豆腐】
ほんまに辛い四川風麻婆やった！
一緒に提供されたパンは蒸しパンみたいで、ぱんというより、肉まんをかを包むあんという感じだった。
それだけ食べても甘く美味しかったし、麻婆豆腐につけても相性抜群だった！
また、一緒に提供されてきて他の料理を食べての口直しとしても良かった。
痺れるような辛さが逆に病みつきになる一品を言える。
【ブラック炒飯】
そばめしのような炒飯。これも外れ無し。
おそらくオイスターソースで炒めたものだろうか
【はまぐり蒸し】
ニンニクがたっぷり効いたソースがめちゃくちゃ美味かった。
おすすめに書いてあるだけあった。
最後、二品については軽くしか触れなかったが、今回頼んだ料理はどの料理も旨かった。
何を食べてもこんなにも美味しいと思えたのは個人的に久しぶりだった。
この店はオススメ度◎
もし、中華が食べたいし、飲みたい。そして、綺麗目でカジュアルなところがいい。
