２階のフロントに隣接するレストラン「Les Bois」(レ・ボア) さんを日曜ランチで利用
ミシュランひとつ星店「日本料理 みえ田」の「三枝展正氏」が監修した朝食が話題らしい…確認すると品切れなければ宿泊外でも利用可能で料金は2,500円との事
ランチは価格毎に２～３種の全部で８種類

ラタトゥィユをグラスで再構築（茄子、ズッキーニ、パプリカ、トマトのクリスタルジュレ）＠600
全て提供まで8分ほど・・・いただきます
プティサラダは「レタス、プチトマト、紅芯大根」など…野菜の鮮度はイマイチでドレッシングは少し多めに感じた
「真鯛のポアレ」…皮目は強火でカリっと焼きつけられ身はふっくらとジューシー、上品なサフラン風味のアサリ出汁と良く合う
冷製のラタトィユ…小さくカットされた夏野菜がパフェのようにグラス盛り付けられる、見た目も映えるが味も格別…器が小さめで非常に残念
デザートは苺を添えたバニラアイス、甘さを抑えたバニラアイスに酸味の利いた苺が鮮烈
店の雰囲気と食事の質が非常に良く価格対比で引けを取らない
ここぞと云うとき何かと使えそうに思える一店
宿泊の予定はありませんが朝食は食べに行きたいです
