すすきの、個室で和牛焼肉が楽しめるお店。メニューを見てびっくり。異彩を放つ宝箱なる一品が！も〜とりあえず宝箱で！海賊船に眠っていた風の宝箱。開けると和牛の希少部位。テーブルに取り出して金粉をかけて頂きます。赤身と脂身の部位がバランスよく盛り付けられています。
三角バラ、イチボ、ランプ、シンシン肩ロース。私は赤身好きなのでシンシンが一押し。内腿の中心部で木目が細かくて柔らかい。ランプも肉感しっかり味わえます。イチボは赤身にサシが細かく入ってとろけます。三角バラは脂の甘みと旨みを味わえます。肩ロースは赤身と脂身の量ホラ味わう事ができます。共通してとにかく上質で柔らかい。結構ボリュームあるので頼みすぎ注意です。
ホルモン４種盛りはとにかくボリュームが！私は豚ホルモンが柔らかくて一番美味しかったです。その他サイドメニューが豊富。すだち冷麺で肉の脂をあっさり流し込む。そして漢の食べるネギ飯ご飯。漢って…。先魁男塾以来では？焼肉のタレにネギと牛脂で炒めたネギが載ってます。卵黄潰して肉と一緒にかき込むべし。
一品一品の量が多くて既に限界。限界超えてラム肩ロースも頂きます。ラムの旨みが強く、赤身と脂身のバランス良い。薄切りなのにしっかりした肉質と食感。スープも…と思いましたがボリュームありすぎて次回のお楽しみにします。ご馳走さまでした。
