相変わらず 芳しくない
いずれも基準値内とはいえ
総蛋白・アルブミン・コレステロールの数値が 下限ぎりぎり なんだよね
普段通りの食生活だと 改善されていかないので
今日は 気分を変えて にくにくデー（・ω・）

今日は とｐってもとっても寒い一日
街で見かける女性のほとんどは コート着てる
くらいの寒さ（←ここあとで重要）
お店についたとき 土曜日とはいえ まだ16時
店内には スタッフさん以外 いないみたい
17時くらいから にぎやかになったけどね＾＾

在庫のないお肉の説明うけた
今日は お肉は単品で

お外すごく寒かったので 完全にビール気分じゃなかったけど
乾杯用に頼んだら 美味しかった（笑）
キンキンジョッキに 丁寧な注ぎ
その着なかったはずなのに あんまる美味しくて 食べ物来る前に ビールおかわりした（笑）
あとは にくを 焼くべし焼くべし(=^・^=)
お肉は 味付けではなく
この味は かたまり状態での保存のお肉を 注文後にカットして
盛り付け 提供してるね
たとえ冷凍してなくても カットされてから時間経ってたら
お肉の味と風味は どうしても うすらぐからね
ドリップもでちゃうし
ここのお肉は 肉の その部位本来の味わいが 堪能できる
普段 自宅では かたまり肉を買って 調理直前に切って食べるのが日常の
私にとって これこそ一番美味しい食べ方( *´艸｀)
そして肉質が硬くなかったってことは
ある程度 きちんと熟成されたお肉使ってるんだと思われる（・ω・）よ

宝箱に入って出てくる演出は 個人的には超興奮
冒険中に こんなの見つけちゃったら
開けずには いられない
ミミックだったら こわひけど（笑）
部位別のメニューが豊富なのもいいよね
脂身すきな人は そっちよりで頼めば楽しめるし＾＾
キムチ3種 に ながいもキムチ に ほうれん草ナムル
これがまた 個人的にすごく気にいったよ
韓国人の方が作った アミ塩辛・えごま・だの使った
複雑すぎる味わいの 酸っぱいキムチも大好き
ここのは それとは違うけど なんだろう
工場で作った 辛いだけで味気ないのとは まるで違う
酸味・塩味・辛み・苦み・旨味
どれも変に突出することなく バランスよく仕上がってる
なにより 化調の味がしない
失礼ながら このレベルの出来のキムチ
お店で作ってるとは思えず なかなかいいとこから仕入れてるなと 重いきや
このお店で手作り してると
すごい
けっこう研究重ねたそうだけど
その苦労がうかがえる 美味しい 日本人向けの キムチ
で 気をよくして 追加注文した
