和牛ラボすすきの店、初めての訪問でした。
案内された個室は椅子の下に荷物を入れられるスタイル。これが私的には嬉しいところでした。焼肉屋さんに行くとカバンや服に匂いがついてしまうので、アウターやカバンを入れられるのが嬉しかったです^ ^
完全個室も最高。
さて、何を食べようか、豊富な和牛メニューが揃っています。
せっかくなので和牛の宝箱をメインに、あとは
単品で追加しました。
早速店員さんから運ばれてきた宝箱‼︎
中を開けるとサシの入ったお肉に目が釘付けです。
でもこれでは終わりません‼︎
スタッフさんが中のお肉を外に出して…金粉をかけてくれるパフォーマンス！テーブルに金粉が舞うまでかけてくれます。

サッと炙って食べるブリスケットも、普段なかなかいただく機会がないので、ワクワクです。
お味も美味しく、見栄えの良い一品。
脂が強めなので早めの注文がおすすめです♪
他のお肉はもちろんのこと、個人的にはビビンバが好みのお味でした^ ^
