ゴールデンウィーク突入から4日目の月曜日。
18時からの焼肉飲み会へと向かった。
気温8度と昨日までの陽気が嘘のようだ。
エレベーターりを降り店内に入ると既に活気が伝わってくる。
席に着きまずは生ビールをグビッと

まずはサラダを頬張りながら上牛タンでスタート。
その後すぐに運ばれて来たマンゴーカットの分厚い特選牛タンをじっくり焼きギュッとレモンを絞って・・(´ﾟ艸ﾟ)ｳ､ｳ､ｳﾏｲ
さすが特選牛、たまらん。
さて今日のメインとなる特選和牛4種盛り合わせが運ばれて来た。
まずはトモサンカク。
脂が少なくさっぱりとした赤身が美味いね。
三角バラや肩ロースはご飯が欲しくなる。
そしてブリスケはそのまま焼いてタレで食べてもいいが、割下玉子をもらって焼きすき焼きとした。
やっぱこれ最高◎
