I thought it would be a restaurant where you can eat rare ingredients, but it turned out to be a restaurant where everything was delicious, and in a good way, it exceeded my expectations. I wonder if the scallop and salmon roe carpaccio I started recently had a normal taste for this restaurant considering the ingredients? When I thought about it, this was also exquisitely delicious. The main dish, kangaroo, is also delicious as always. It seems like the price has increased a bit, but the cost performance compared to Masa is definitely high.
