I came to this restaurant with a unique name for lunch on my second day back home in Sapporo (๑•̀ㅁ•́ฅ✨ I definitely wanted to go to this place, so I made a reservation in advance. It's on the second floor of a building. The inside of the restaurant has a casual atmosphere with a high proportion of women as expected.Many people around me ordered lunch sets, but I really wanted to try the three items on the menu below, so I decided to go for the a la carte menu (゚ Д゚)ノ for dinner. Kuroge Wagyu beef liver sashimi is cooked at a low temperature and is the best when combined with sesame oil, salt, and garlic!! I'm looking forward to it the most. It was a rare salmon cutlet, and the raw salmon was fried on only one side, making it very detailed.I could feel the seriousness with which you should never play with food while working (≧∇≦)It was so delicious...I felt like I came to Hokkaido just to eat this.
