とある休日、街中散策しつつふと未訪問なのを思い出し立ち寄りましたすすきのエリアにあります入り口前にビン&カンに入ったスイーツの自動販売機で有名になったお店のケーキ屋さん利用です。
店内はコンパクトですが奥のガラス越しに思いの外広い厨房があるのを見つけました。
この日メニューより、モトイショーケースから、なかなか気合いの入った煌びやかなケーキ達に目を奪われ悩む事必至、お値段もそれなりなので気になったものを少々。
"苺のショートケーキ(580円)”
生クリーム研究家？として確認がてらこちらを選択、上から濃い甘酸っぱさのイチゴ、生クリームは濃いミルキーさでしっとり感高いスポンジ生地、その下に同じくスライスイチゴ、同じく生クリーム⇒スポンジと重なり合い全体的にはイチゴの存在感が少し高いかしら。
"キャラメルポワール(530円)”
期間限定で間もなく終わると伺いこちらを選択、キャラメル味のチョコレートや金箔少々が乗っていて柔らかいキャラメルクリーム？に包まれた甘いキャラメルムース、中心に隠れていた果物は梨？が面白く、その周りにカスタードクリーム少々？、底のスポンジ生地も少し違いあるものでした。
ふと、ホントは自動販売機の缶入り？ケーキを購入する予定でしたがこちらの本来のケーキを確認出来たので良かったです。
