登場と見た目から豪奢な事
めっちゃジューシーで美味しい旨味が溢れてました。
塊肉は、２分づつ裏表と焼いてからしばらく熱が回るように
用意されたホテルのルームサービスやフレンチのメインディッシュでもよく見かける
ドーム状のステンレスの蓋を開けてそこで待機させてからの頃合いよく食べるのです。
お通しからほんとうに？と思わせる
手の込んだ宝箱からの演出と贅沢なウニク
納得の美味しさの雲丹とお肉とお米のトリプルアクセルコンビネーションでした。
演出された料理の提供が魅力的で、肉塊を見せるところや、
宝箱からのドライアイスで魅せる心憎さはデートや接待に良さげです。

お値段同額で何と！あの有名ブランドのお肉です。
とても何処とは言えません。
ということは無くあえて言いませんが本当なら凄い…そして美味しかった。
調味の為の塩やらソースやら卵黄などがまた美味しさの階段を登る要素
サイドメニューも抜かり無く、贅沢に。と、ホットペッパーにありましたが、
トリュフを味わうTKGはじめ、
サイドメニューもお客様を飽きさせない逸品揃い
と書いてある通りの違わぬ内容で満足度が上がるのでした。
食後は抜かりなく
桃と紅茶を彷彿とさせるようなアフタードリンクと、
バニラビーンズたっぷりのバニラアイスとで甘いひととき
この充実の内容で、冒頭少々お高めとは言いましたが、
納得満足で寧ろお得にこの全ての内容にキラキラした思いとなったのでした。
店内はブラックシックにゴージャスさがあり大人の空間です。
接客も洗練された安定感のある対応が始まりから終わりまで続きました。
全席完全禁煙って食べログには書いてあるも喫煙は可能なようでしたが、
質の高い接客で寛ぎの広々空間ではゆったりと過ごせるのでした。
