開店祝いのお花は胡蝶蘭ばかり。
えぐ。
奥に通して頂きました。
個室ではないですが、
席が広く、隣席の間も広く、
ゆったり空間です。
最初にお肉を披露して頂きました！
産地などの説明もあり
とても綺麗で食をそそります。
お通しからテンションマックスです！
宝箱です！
シャッターチャンスです！
開けるとスモークがぶお～～～～～
その中にはうにく手巻き寿司♡

ふりっぱークーポン掲示で
塊肉が半額、この日はさがりで
200gお願いしました。
（11月までだったみたいm(__)m）
塊肉専用の3種のたれも提供です。
焼き台の横にはお肉を寝かせる台もあり、
片面2分づつ焼いたら、
そちらで1分お休みさせるそうです。
米津・・・余熱で火が入り、
余分な脂なども落ちるそうです。
スマホタイマーをセットしてやってみました。

ご飯がどれくらい入っているのか
全くわかりません。
そぼろとネギも一緒にありましたが
入れるのを忘れました。。。
お会計を頼むと、
バニラビーンズアイス
ピーチフレーバーウーロン茶が出て来ました。
サービスかな？
ノンアルクーニャン、最高でした。
味はもちろんですが、
ビジュアルにもこだわりを感じて
ここは連れて来て貰ったら嬉しいお店です♡
スタッフさんのサービスも
お店に見合ったもので、
でも、気取っているワケでもなく、
とても寛げる居心地の良いお店でした。
隣の二人組みたいに
