2023/5 初訪
娘夫婦も帰京しましたが、何かと慌ただしく過ごしたGW。
ちよっとゴタゴタしており気分晴らしに昼呑みで「すすきの」へ。
最近は「夜」の散策より「昼呑み」に目覚めた感じ。
まだ札幌は「昼呑み」出来るお店が少ないですねぇ。
私は個人的には「日の高い」うちから呑むのは、ちょっと苦手。
夕暮れ辺りから呑みたくなるタイプです。
夜は分からないけど、昼は若き店主さんらしき一人オペです。
90分の飲み放題でお願い。
お通しはウニとうふかな。
つるりとして旨し。
ポテトサラダ 350円
あれば頼むポテサラ
サラダは普通だけど、韓国のりは面白い。
鶏&豚ガリ巻き&はつ
これも手作り感あり旨い串です。
蟹クリームコロッケ 580円
これは冷食かも。でもこの値段ですからね。
芋ソーダでやってたけど、そろそろ海鮮を。
「日本酒」に切り替え。
「イカ納豆」 500円
今時、不漁なので良心的価格。根室の「北の勝」。
鮪＆鯛昆布締め 980円・800円
まぐろは本まぐろ、昆布締めも良い〆具合。
店主さん中々の腕前と見た。
「ばばのて」 600円
根室で獲れた「ほたて」に良く似た貝との事。
やっと店主さんと話が出来ました。
寡黙そうだけど、きちんとしてる。
刺身で。
ひもと肝もしっかり付いて。甘くて旨し。
貝柱はしっかりとした歯ごたえ。
この店は海鮮系が良いなぁ。
昼呑みも良いけど、夜も良いだろうなぁ。
「すすきの」でもかなり南側。
昼呑み用にリストしておくのにも良いお店だ。
