北海道出張2日目。
2日目はゴルフでもう1泊。
すすきののジンギスカン店で17:00からの2時間でジンギスカンをいただいたが、こちらに住む娘を持つ上司の時間調整に付き合いもう1軒。
近くで探すとこの店が出ました(笑)。
カウンターに腰掛け寿司を目の前で1貫づつ握ってくれます。
豆腐にオクラ、昆布の入ったつき出しから始まり、まぐろ赤身、しめ鯖、いくら軍艦、鉄火巻や普段は食べないホタテもやはり北海道なら食べないと…。
寿司は1貫130円から350円、鉄火巻は650円程で1貫づつ頼む寿司の店は久しぶり…(笑)。
ホタテもすごく甘くてびっくり…。
お寿司と日本酒が20種類程あって日本酒を楽しむ店のよう…。
ビール党の私にはサッポロビールもなくちょっと寂しかったですね。
