炭火愛護団体とあるくらいなので、
炭火で焼いた串ものを頼むこととしました。
店名の炭火愛護団体 EOG と、
DGDみたいななんかの略でしょうか。
後に聞いてそっちでしたかとなります。
ちょいと悪ノリ系ですが、料理は真面目系
おやじと若者のハイブリッドみたいなものが思い浮かびました。
頼んだ串ものはオール塩味にて
もも
ハツ
豚バラ
砂肝
つくね
炭火の風味で美味しく
お肉の品質も良好でした。
つくねはここのウリのようで肉がうまいんですが、
コロンと筍の食感の変化でも楽しませてくれます。
ドリンクは最初に生ビール
こちらではサッポロクラシックを出しています。
サーバー管理が気になります。
次にノスタルジックドリンク各種より
シャリキンを使ったバイスサワー
キンミヤがシャーベット状にされていて
フローズンドリンクのように提供されますが、
そこに瓶入のバイスサワーを入れて、
アルコールの追いキンミヤのシャーベットを追加していくそんなドリンクでした。
このドリンクのシステムは、
聞くよりも一度体験してみてなるほどな内容ですね。
ネオンピカリンコ
韓国語であるネオンはなんと書いてあるのか？
聞いてなるほど、若者のノリが感じられるようでもあり
でもどこかで似たような会があったよな〜と、思い出し
炭火で焼いた焼鳥は美味しく焼き場はピカピカで綺麗です。
