久しぶりの友との会食。連れてきていただいたこちらすするさん。素敵な雰囲気。カウンターで店主やスタッフとお知り合いのため雰囲気はとても良いです。
コースをセレクトしてもらいスタート。まずは大好きなサッポロクラシックで乾杯。そして次々でる小皿料理の楽しいこと。昔話に花が咲きます。全部美味しく記憶に残りましたが、ニシンのタタキは北海道ならではかな。生ではなかなかたべないよね。甘味と旨味がたまりません。漬けマグロは最近道南方面でマグロがよく上がるそう。青森の大間と20キロ程しか離れてないもんね。ソイは北海道の呼び方かな？メバルの脂が乗ったやつみたいな味です。これも美味い。刺身とあら炊きで茶碗蒸しやお吸い物は出汁がとても美味い。幸せなひと時でした。締めそばはキリッと冷やしてこれも出汁がよかったな。友達は明日ゴルフだから酒は抑えると言っていたが10杯程焼酎ロックを飲んでいたのでキットダメでしょう笑。
