３年振りの札幌、以前来た時はコロナ禍真っ只中で少し淋しい感じでしたが、その時と変わり賑わってますね。(^^)
すすきのでの会食終え、マイレピ様レビューにあった上野の名店ほていちゃんの札幌にあるコチラに立ち寄りました。
店内入り立ち飲みエリア角に陣取り、赤星か0.2秒迷い「ホッピーセット（黒）」にて。(^^
ツマミは;「本日の地魚3種盛（ニシン、ソイ、サーモン）」、ニシン、ソイって北海道ならではのお刺身で、こういうのはいいですね。(^^)
ホッピーは市販用瓶というのは想定内で、中はジョッキ半分以上入っており、ホッピー1本中2杯で十分です。(^^)
ニシン、ソイ刺身、初めてでしたが黒ホッピーに合います。(^^)
流石ほていちゃん、また札幌に来たらフラッと飲みに立ち寄りたいと思います。
