The APR group opened a shabu shabu restaurant, so I thought I had to go there, so I've been there twice already (lol) It's located on the second floor of the Green Building where Susukino's Misdo is located! There is a large signboard, so it is easy to see from outside. The inside of the store is huge! How big is the box? ! I got the impression that it was bigger than Ezoya, and could probably accommodate groups. Most of the rooms are private, so you can use them for dates or girls' nights out. There is an ABC food and drink course, and I chose the standard B course for 5,000 yen. You can eat both pork and lamb, as well as side menus such as Seafood Bowl and curry, and all-you-can-drink with beer! By the way, course A includes only pork and fewer side menus, while course C includes more soup stock and side menus, and the all-you-can-drink menu includes Susukino Elle and Taketsuru. Order using the popular QR code! It's easy because you don't have to call the store clerk every time. The soup stock and meat will arrive soon! The picture shows 2 servings, but I was surprised at how huge the plates were. There were 2 soup stock options: gold stock (bonito based) and konbu stock (with garlic). The recommended style is to add a large amount of green onion slices to the golden soup stock and eat the meat while wrapping the green onions. In addition to the original sauce, there are ponzu sauce, sesame sauce, and egg sauce. The egg sauce was recommended, so I ordered it as instructed. shabu shabu right away! It will be cooked and ready to eat right away. happy. I ate the lamb with the original sauce, and it had a taste like nothing I've ever had before. The sauce that was probably made for lamb shabu is the best! ! Moreover, the large amount of green onions is addictive! ! ! Of course, pork is also delicious! The sweet fat is the best! ! In addition to green onions, we also recommend adding cabbage. Mushroom moenoki has a good sense. It's bliss to roll it up and eat it. And the egg sauce is something that goes well with the rice. No joke. Even though it's a shabu shabu restaurant, I wonder what it means to go ahead with the rice, but I'm serious. Actually, it's delicious when you eat it on the rice with golden soup and make it like Ochazuke(boiled rice with tea), but I really wanted to eat salmon bowl that day, so I ended up eating it. . Salmon bowl, delicious. It's just delicious! It's not normal to be able to eat salmon at a shabu shabu restaurant, right? I was also happy to see that Jinkoro was back (I hadn't had it at Ezoya for a while), and it's actually delicious when eaten with the golden dashi soup. It feels like a secret menu. That's right, the konbu soup stock and the garlic whet your appetite, but the shredded kelp is really good! Yes, it's nice to be able to eat kelp as well. You might think that konbu for shabu shabu is just a dashi soup, but that's not the case. They can be eaten together, which creates a synergistic effect of flavor, and I thought the person who came up with it was a genius. By the way, you can also order additional chopped kelp! To be honest, the egg sauce and the original sauce were delicious enough that I thought it would be better without the ponzu and sesame sauce, so I ended up eating just the original sauce. By the way, the reason why Susukino El is shown in the B course is because if you watch APR President's Ao Channel's YouTube, there is a special benefit of being able to drink Susukino El! If you like, you might want to take a look before coming to the store. Of course, the lamb shabu is delicious. Ezoya has become a thriving store thanks to the TV effect, and even I can't go there anymore, so from now on I might go to Daichi-san once a month (seriously). Even the all-you-can-eat shabu shabu I've eaten so far has been of a high standard and highly satisfying, so I'd definitely recommend this restaurant even if I don't give too much credit!
