Personally, I think it has the potential to be one of the top restaurants in Sapporo, even compared to Gourmand's, Nikusho, Yoshiushi, and Totori. On this day, it was a single item rather than a course, but the cost performance was quite good and I was worried that it was too cheap. The most important meat is Shiretoko beef, especially the lean, marbled meat, which has a strong meaty flavor without being overpowering and has a really beautiful taste, and is extremely delicious. The internal organs are fresh and in good condition, but the cuts and incisions still need improvement. If I were just talking about meat, it might be my favorite in Sapporo. The interior of the store is luxurious and clean, with a very nice atmosphere.I think it's only been open for about a year, but it gives the impression that it's well-maintained. The customer service and staff are all efficient and smiling, making me feel very good. The problem is the side menu. The taste and presentation is comparable to the all-you-can-eat quality of a popular Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant. The rice was soggy and tasteless, and the choregi salad was poorly arranged and there was probably a bit of dressing under the raw vegetables, so it didn't taste good. The soup and namul tastes are all vague and unrecognizable...There's no umami or aftertaste, so it's not bland and tasteless. The vinegared Cold Noodles were delicious. Even though the meat quality, atmosphere, customer service, and value for money are among the highest in Sapporo, the side menu leaves a strong impression on me. Again, it's a really good store, so I don't want to overstate it. The meat is delicious, the customer service is great, the atmosphere is great, and the prices are low. However, I feel that the side menu is 3 levels lower than the top-class Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants in Sapporo. I felt it stood out even more because the others were good.
