仕事で札幌に行って、土地勘がないのでTikTokとインスタで検索してヒットしたのでたまたま来店。オープンしたばかりらしい。７５００円くらい？のコースをオーダー。都内で食べたら２万はいくんじゃないかな？思ったりしました。若いスタッフさんが、一生懸命、一品一品丁寧に説明してくれて好感度が持てました。無煙ロースターって初めて知ったけど、めちゃふっくらした焼肉になるのね。プチ感動。相方は焼肉の煙が苦手なので喜んでました。この店の牛タンの味は忘れらない！！あとは、バーナーで炙ってくれた「炙り焼きしゃぶ」が美味しかったです。札幌出張の際にはまた行こうと思えるコスパ良き焼肉割烹スタイルのお店。
