As the name suggests, this is a shop run by a female owner. I thought the name sounded like an old-fashioned snack shop, but I entered the store thinking it was a challenge. I prefer a smokeless roaster. Water flows through the grill, preventing overcooking. Anyone can bake deliciously. This time, I ordered the 8000 yen course. The meat seemed to have been carefully selected and I thought it was delicious. It seems that they originally rented a restaurant in Fugu, so the atmosphere is very nice.
