華金19時で予約して訪問です。
座席数も少ないため、こちらは予約必須のお店。
まだまだお客さんが少ないからか、とってもいいペースでお料理、串物運ばれてきました。
焼き鳥からは下記を注文。

全て焼き加減が好みのものでした。
ねぎまやソリレスは見た目通りプリップリ。
全部満足の串ばかり。
一品料理からは
季節の野菜(ブロッコリー、長芋)、
名物のポテサラ、とりわさ山わさびを注文。
ポテサラは何度も口に運びたくなる、病みつきになるお味。燻製のいい香りと粒マスタード、卵のまろやかさと全てがマッチしていました。
とりわさは、山わさびのツーンとくる辛さ、特製のタレとの相性が抜群。
どれも言うことなしの逸品でした。
お店も暖かく、清潔感のある店内。
安くはありませんが、たまにの贅沢で訪れたいお店です。
