札幌市中央区すすきのは、すすきの焼肉きらく。
THE SUSUKINO SQUARE WESTの2階です。まだ馴染みのないビルかもしれませんが、すすきの市場の斜め向かいの一角にあります。
北海道初上陸ということでやってきました。
今回は、極みコース13,000円を注文です。
ラインナップは、
・トリュフオイルのチョレギサラダ
・スーパーネギタン塩と上タン塩
・キムチとナムルの盛り合わせ
・きらくのロース
・本日のお凌ぎ
・和牛ハラミと和牛サガリ
・スープ
・特選和牛タレと塩
・〆のお食事
・アイスクリーム。
まずは生ビールソラチからスタートです。美味いですね笑。
そして箸は自分の好みの箸をチョイスしていきます。なんか最初からホスピタリティ溢れるスタートです。
そして店員の方に全て焼いてもらって頂きます！間違いなさそうですね。
アレルギーや嫌いなものを聞かれたのできゅうりが食べれない旨を伝えると代わりのものを用意してくれたり、店員の方の対応も良く、お店の質が良いことが分かりますね。
お肉はスーパーネギタン塩と上タン塩からスタート。
お皿一面レモンはこちらのお店って感じですね。美味いです。焼き加減もバッチリです。
きゅうりのキムチは長芋に変更してくれ良かったです。
きらくのロースは卵黄と雲丹でいただく間違いないやつです。足りないですね笑。
本日のお凌ぎはすだちの冷麺でさっぱりと。
和牛ハラミと和牛サガリはそれぞれ違うタレをつけて頂きます。山わさび良いですね。
スープはコムタンスープ。普段はあまり飲む機会がないですが良いですね。旨みはあるけどさっぱりと。
特選和牛は、トモサンカクはタレ、イチボは塩。ずっと食べてられます。
そして〆のお食事はうなぎと牛の時雨煮。
うな丼として食べたら残りは茶漬けでさらっと。
最後はアイスで〆。
最初から最後まで全て美味しく満足でした！
