本日はすすきの駅から徒歩5分程のところにある
焼肉きらくにお邪魔させていただきました✨
今回の注文は コース
''極みコース'' 税込13000円
・トリュフオイルのチョレギサラダ
・スーパーネギタン塩と上タン塩
・キムチとナムルの盛り合わせ
・きらくのロース(山口県産)
・本日のお凌ぎ→すだち冷麺
・和牛ハラミと和牛サガリ
・スープ→牛骨のコムタンスープ
・特選和牛タレと塩→マルシン、トモサンカク
・〆のお食事→鹿児島県産鰻と牛しぐれ
・アイスクリーム→ゆずのシャーベット
という素晴らしいコース内容。
お肉は店員さんが丁寧に1枚ずつ焼いてくれました✨

スーパーネギタン塩と上タンは片面ずつ軽く焼くことで、タンの柔らかさと旨みがジュワッと...
タン好きならたまらない逸品
きらくとロースは山口県さんのお肉を使用しているらしく、赤みとは思えぬ脂の旨みを感じる。
和牛ハラミとサガリは熊本和牛の''和王"を使っているらしい。和王牛は熊本のブランド牛で12段階中の6段階以上の良質な霜降りがある牛のみに称号が与えられる。
その称号とは関係なく、柔らかく優しい霜降りのお味でした☺️
特選和牛はマルシンとトモサンカクのら2種類。こちらの2種も熊本ブランド牛の和王を使用。
マルシンはタレとワサビを付け、食す良質な霜降りの甘みでワサビの辛味は相殺され風味だけが残る！
トモサンカクは塩とワサビで頂く、こちらは特に霜降りの甘みが強くワサビを多めに乗せ食べる。美味しかった☺️
〆の鰻と牛しぐれを食事幸せのままお食事終了！
