とっても素敵なチョコレート店。ここは札幌にあるチョコレート専門店のショコラティエマサールです。
ショコラティエマサールの原点はフルヤのキャラメル。明治に札幌で創業して昭和に廃業したキャラメルメーカーの創業者のお孫さんの古谷勝氏が1988年に札幌で創業したショコラ専門店。
古谷勝氏は最初は古谷製菓には勤めずに外資系企業に就職。仕事で訪れたパリで本場のチョコレートを口にして衝撃を受けて帰国。この衝撃的なチョコレートが忘れられず、ぜひ故郷で広めたいと開店したそうです。いまは2代目(明治のフルヤキャラメルから4代目)の古谷健氏が代表をされています。
この日のカフェコーナーは丸美珈琲さんとのコラボ企画で珈琲推し。すみません。フルーツパフェでお願いします。と言うことでパフェ活です☺️
