12時40分着で2組待ち。店前に並んでました。
食べログの投稿で醤油が多かったので醤油チャーシューを注文しました。ノーマルについている卵と麩が付いていないのがちょっと残念。
オーナーもいい歳で老舗なんでしょうね。
ニンニク入りでやや甘さのある醤油スープ、麺は醤油がよく絡む卵入りちぢれ麺で王道の札幌ラーメンという感じでした。
