今日はランチで洋食屋グリル ラパンさんにお邪魔しました。
入店し着席して5分ほどでほぼ満席、入口には待ちが発生してます。
自分も含めやはり洋食ってみんな好きなんですね。
魅力的なアイテムが沢山並ぶ中から今日は道産牛のサーロインステーキセットを注文。
事前にお肉をカットしてくれると言うのでお願いしました。
注文から分ほどで登場です。
鉄板ではなく皿に盛られたステーキを頂くのはかなり久しぶりな気がします。
ステーキソースは少しポン酢風のテイストです。
さっぱりしていて食べやすいです。
添えてある刻みニンニクは要らないかな。
サーロインステーキの脂身の甘みはいつ食べても旨いですね。これすごく好きです。
でも鉄板じゃないので中盤から肉が少しずつ冷めてくるあたりはやはり皿盛りの限界ですね。
それでも店員さんの接客がとても丁寧だったので最後まで気分よく美味しくランチを楽しめました。
