私の中で札幌の老舗の洋食屋といえばここです。この十年で、適当な味付けのチェーン店が増幅していますが、このお店はここでずっと勝負している印象です。私的には、味付けが優しく大人の印象でしょうか。
この日は、初めて食べるカニクリームコロッケ御膳を注文しました。
平日14時頃の来店でしたが、座席の半分ほどは埋まっており、人気の高さがわかります。
・カニクリームコロッケ御膳 ★★★☆ 3.9
カニクリームコロッケ二つにオーロラソースがかかっています。これにご飯、味噌汁、サラダ、小鉢、漬け物がついています。
カニクリームコロッケは結構大きくて食べ応えがあります。カニの風味とペシャメルソースがしっかりと合わさっています。衣は薄く、味は濃厚です。旨いですね。それにサラダ。このサラダのドレッシングが最高。みそ汁はしっかりとダシを取り(いりこかな？)作っているのも素晴らしいですね。
このお店、私的にはオムライスとポークソテーが美味しいので、この二つばかり頼んでいたのですが、カニクリームコロッケもいいですね。次回は、また食べたことのないものにしてみようかな。
