屯田通りの素敵なお蕎麦屋さんに初訪問。
内装も外装もセンスたっぷり！
熊の木彫も白老と阿寒の作品かな？見事です。
初めての店だから盛り蕎麦！
でも蕎麦だけじゃ足りない気分だったので、かき揚げ丼セットを注文。
オーダーから5分程度で配膳。早っ！！
お蕎麦はやや細めで、コシも風味もあるがタイプではなかった。
海苔が最初からのっていて、後半は麺の糊効果で麺がくっついて食べにくいと感じました。
ツユはかえしが弱めで、これも最近の好みと外れていた。
かき揚げは、サックさくで、海鮮の旨味が口いっぱい！甘だれも美味しかったです！
