北海道札幌市にお店を構える『メディスンマン』さんに伺いました。
市電中島公園駅より徒歩8分ほどです。
平日の13時過ぎに伺いましたが、店内は満席で10分ほど待って入店しました。
チキンカレー ライスなし 1辛 1140円
岩のり、チーズトッピング 各130円
を注文しました。
しばらくして到着しました。
スパイスの良い香りが食欲を刺激します。
まずはスープを一口。
おお、辛い…！！
スパイスや唐辛子がしっかり効いており、舌が痺れる辛さです。
じんわり汗をかきお水必須ですが、辛さの中に確かな旨味を感じます。
クセになるスープで手が止まらず夢中で食べすすめます。
チキンは外はカリッと、中はしっとりしておりスープと馴染む味で美味しいです。
途中、トッピングの岩のりやチーズでスープをまろやかにしながら味の変化を楽しみます。
人参やジャガイモの各種野菜も素材の味がしっかりして美味しかったです。
あっという間に完食しました。
口の中でスパイスの余韻が広がります。
