四川料理麻辣魚いただきました。

旭山公園通り沿いにございます中華屋さんです。
店舗横に駐車場ございます。
テーブル席、小上がり席ございます店内。
こちらには麻辣魚がメニューにございまして、しかも店長お勧め！
とございます。
辛さも選べるようで超激辛でお願いしました。
こちらはセットメニューございませんので、別にライスもお願いします。
注文から提供まで10分位です。
盛りの良い麻辣魚で、お野菜いっぱいです。
早速いただきますと、辣油は少なめで花山椒等、香味は軽く効いていますが、
荒々しさは全くなく、全体的に円やかでいただき易いです。
私的には香味強めの荒々しい四川料理が好みですので、
痺れ、辛味も弱く物足りなく感じます。
白身魚はクセなく、お野菜は細もやしがたっぷり。
他白菜、青梗菜、瓜、等です。
小籠包ですが、柔らかなしっとり皮にスープたっぷり、美味しく。
いただき易い麻辣魚で油分も少なめですから、食後も後味良く、美味しくいただきました。

こちらの中華屋さん、四川風料理メニューが豊富。
前回麻辣魚いただき、
食後もたれることなく、美味しかった。
今回は四川風麻婆豆腐麺
こちらお店お勧めとの事。
激辛でお願いしました。
提供まで10分弱。
見た目に餡がかなり強く汁気はなし。
塩分もそれ程高くなく、辣油もコク程度で
私的に四川要素あまり感じなくいただきますが
ほんのり山椒が入っています。
絹豆腐は口当たりよく、
中華麺は滑りあり、
ご馳走様でした♪
