南9条を石山通超えて少し進むと派手に赤い文字の看板が目立つこのお店、店舗横と裏に7～8台は駐車できる嬉しい駐車場、店内のキャパも広くボックス席とオープンな個室もあるので、多用途に使えますね。
店内は禁煙、最近やっと中国・中華料理店も禁煙化してきました( ´∀｀ )
メニューがとっても豊富、定食から麺モノ、そして週替わりメニューと目移りしますが、しかと目が留まった"酸辣湯麵"の文字、「Bセット(850円・込)」を注文、しばし待つこと10分足らずで目の前に酸辣湯麵が届きます♪
しかーし、色んなとこで酸辣湯麵を食べていますが、この色味は初めて、、、だって酸辣湯麵は文字通り、酸っぱさと辛さのマリアージュがウリのはずなのに、スープが辣油の赤みが無いんだモーン・・・で、早速スープを飲んでみます・・・酸っぱくないーーーーー、辛くないーーーーー、フツーにこれは湯麵ーーーーー(;'∀')しかも豆腐はほんのわずかばかりだし、玉子だけはたっぷりだけどさぁ・・・見た目アクセントのキクラゲもわずか、う～ん・・・
麺は白色ストレート、本来ならこの麺に酢と辣油が絡むはずなんだけどさぁ・・・
ま、これはこの店のお味として覚えておきましょう(;'∀')
