ハンバーグ野菜カレーを注文。
このスープカレーは、ご飯にかけるという概念を壊してくれます。我々が従来知っているカレーとは一線を画す食べ物であると言えるでしょう。
ご飯とのコラボにより実力を発揮するより、絶妙なスパイスの組み合わせによる独自の主張がなされてます。それではカレー自体が主役かというとそうではなく、中に入っている野菜が甘くなって主役となってます。にんじん、じゃがいも、ナス等、特にトマトは、凄いことになってます。
ハンバーグも野菜とともに味の主張を上手にしています。
辛さは、レベル4にしました。最初、辛さがガツンと来てやばいと思いましたが、食べ進めると、辛さより旨さの方がより鮮明になってきます。かなり美味しいと思います。スープカレーは、本当に奥深い。合掌
