研修や講話会のために訪れること度々…。ぎゅうぎゅうに詰まる午前スケジュールを終え急ぎで向かいたどり着いた。ホテル駐車場に車を入れたタイミングがジャストだった…入口目の前に駐車。珍しくツイテてる…。と、遠くから手を振る紳士が視界に入る…あ、大先輩だゎ。昼メシ付き合えやぁ〰️…、って、NOの選択肢を与えてくれない迫力。あと、20分で始まるタイミング入店。

トロッとカレールーは、ホテルらしい味わい。7割出来の業務用ルーのアレンジ具合が各所様々なのを食べ比べるのも楽しいと思う。カラッとヒレカツは柔らかく噛んだ断面から湯気。米の焚き具合もよく全体的に上品な味わいで満足。
