昼過ぎの訪問ながらご近所さんと思われる常連客で賑わっていた。

◆雑感
マイナスイオン栽培という愛別産の舞茸天ぷらは大ぶりでしゃきしゃき。サクサクの衣にこれはたまらん。そして芳醇な香り。
二八で打った中細の並粉のもり。たっぷり浸しても濃くない汁はズルズル啜るに適している。塩や汁で、天ぷらも食べる 。
もう一方は玉子尽くしにしてみた。
カキフライミニ丼はたっぷしな玉子でとじられており出汁の効いたたれが絶妙にうまい。そしてご飯まで汁が浸透してないところが好み！
小鉢としてニシンの昆布巻きの小さいのが２個。なんか正月みたいだねって蕎麦と食べるとうまい。
玉子とじそばは最近自分的流行りでとろとろ玉子とそばの組み合わせがたまらん！
ここは普段使いにもおすすめながら韃靼そばや変わりそば、夜はつまみ類もありちょいと飲むにも良さそうよ。
