人気No.1のグラッパはアルコールがしっかり効いていて、パパというより大人の味ですね！
●全般的にアルコールが使用されていたり、未使用でも甘さを抑えた大人のケーキが多い印象！
【内容】
・グラッパ、480円＋税
葡萄の蒸留酒「グラッパ」を使用したチョコレートケーキです。
外側はとろ～りとしており、甘みは抑えられたチョコレート。
中はそれなりに甘みありますが、重くなく、後味にグラッパのアルコールが抜け美味♪
甘いのが苦手な人でもこれは美味しく頂けるんじゃないかなと思いました。
