【2022年6月初掲載】
以前美味しいと口コミで聞いて訪問した事があります。今年2回伺いましたが定休日でタイミングが合わず今回お店が開いていて嬉しかったです♪
本日既に2件訪問、夜に2件控えているのでグラッパ(580円)1個だけお買い上げ。
お店の女性店員も丁寧でな接客が好印象。オーナーのご主人に手渡されましたが、美味しい物を作る自信に満ち溢れた雰囲気、良いオーラが出ていました。
※最大級の賛辞です。
さてグラッパですが、常温でチョコの風味が活きるようにして頂きましたが、大人味のチョコレートで風味や香りもが良くとっても美味。スポンジが少なくてチョコレートを堪能出来ました。札幌のチョコレートケーキでは一推しです。
